DMV Supreme Academy is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Frederick, Maryland, dedicated to empowering youth through sports, education, and mentorship while fostering community development. Guided by our core belief—"We>Me"—we prioritize teamwork, leadership, and collective success over individual achievements.
Our mission is to develop young student-athletes by enhancing their athletic abilities, promoting academic excellence, and instilling values that strengthen both individuals and the communities they serve. Through elite training, study halls, and mentorship programs, we provide the tools necessary for success on and off the court. Beyond individual growth, our program reinforces the importance of giving back, building strong relationships, and making a lasting impact in the community.
By partnering with families, schools, and local organizations, DMV Supreme Academy creates a support system that empowers youth to lead, uplift others, and contribute to a stronger, more connected community.

Wayne Johnson is the visionary leader and Director of DMV Supreme Academy, where his passion for player development, mentorship, and community impact drives everything he does. A USA Gold Certified Coach and Athletic Trainer, he brings elite-level knowledge, structure, and professionalism to every aspect of the program
DMV Supreme Academy offers a weekly Study Hall
Open to all student-athletes in the community, our weekly Study Hall provides both academic support and a nutritious dinner each week. By creating a safe, structured environment that prioritizes education and well-being, we are committed to helping student-athletes succeed both in the classroom and on the court.
